PMI-CPMAI Coaching Program
A rolling six-week coaching cycle around the official PMI-CPMAI prep course, built so you apply the method instead of only reading it.
None of this is a forecast. Each one is happening in organisations that look like yours.
The PMI-CPMAI exam does not ask you to recall definitions. It puts you in a scenario and asks which decision holds up. Recognising the logic of those questions is a different skill from knowing the method, and reading builds only the second one.
This programme teaches no content. The content is the official PMI e-learning and the workbook, and both do that job well. The sessions are where you apply it, defend the decision, and get told when your reasoning does not hold.
That split is deliberate. Time in a live session spent explaining something you could have read is time not spent on the part you cannot learn alone.
You go into the exam with a booked date, a completed readiness checklist, and a simulator score above 75 percent on questions you have not seen before.
We do not promise you will pass. PMI sets and scores this exam, and nobody outside PMI can promise its result. What we promise is that you will know where you stand before you book.

Get unstuck between sessions.
You start in any week. The cycle runs continuously, so the next session is never more than seven days away, and repeating it costs nothing.
Most participants run two to three cycles, which is twelve to eighteen weeks. The first pass builds understanding, the second depth, the third exam readiness. The sessions carry different value the second time because the cases and the questions in the room have changed.
Every domain session produces an artefact for your own organisation. They are not exercises. They are the documents you were going to have to write anyway, written under review.

Nothing here is our claim. These are the numbers PMI publishes, so you can plan against them.
Domains II and III are 52 percent of the exam between them, so that is where the programme puts its session time. Domain I is 15 percent on paper, but it is examined across all five domains. Treating responsible AI as a separate topic costs points everywhere.

Invoiced to your employer on request. Most participants use a training budget, and the credential carries PDUs toward the credentials you already hold.
I spent 25 years running programmes where the method was never the hard part. The hard part was deciding, in front of people who disagreed, with incomplete information.
AI has not changed that. It has changed what you have to decide about. Data quality, model behaviour after go-live, and who answers when the system produces something nobody can explain.
When I worked on the PMI Standard for AI, I read every draft of the method at the source. What became obvious is that reading it is not what makes it usable. Applying it to something real, in front of someone who will push back, is.
So I built the thing that was missing rather than another course. The official material teaches the method. This programme is where you use it, and where somebody tells you when your reasoning does not hold.
