None of this is a forecast. Each one is happening in organisations that look like yours.
The PMI-CPMAI exam does not ask you to recall definitions. It puts you in a scenario and asks which decision holds up. Recognising the logic of those questions is a different skill from knowing the method, and reading builds only the second one.
This coaching teaches no content in depth. The content lives in the official PMI material, and it does that job well. The sessions are for applying it, making the decision and reading each question the way the exam means it.
That split is the reason the coaching exists. Live time spent explaining what you could read alone is time lost for the part you cannot practise alone. You buy the PMI material directly from PMI, and the coaching builds on it.
Within six months you walk into the PMI-CPMAI exam with a booked date and a simulator score of 75 percent or higher.
The result of the exam lies with PMI. What you do on the way there lies with you. We do not promise that you pass. We make sure you know where you stand before you book.

The cycle follows the PMI Exam Content Outline 2025. There are no deep dives. The time goes into applying each domain, into practice sessions with sample questions and into exam preparation.
Domains II and III are 52 percent of the exam between them. That is why each of them gets two sessions.

You can join at any point. Every session is recorded, so you catch up on what came before and work with the group from the week you join.
Your main working tool is the CPMAI Practitioner's Roadmap. It connects the six phases of the CPMAI methodology with the ECO tasks and the artefacts each phase produces.
In the sessions you work with the artefacts a real AI project needs, such as a business case, a draft AI solution or a transition plan. They are a way of working, not homework that gets marked.
The Roadmap is in preparation and will appear in the CPMAI area of the community. Members get it there first.
Nothing here is our claim. These are the numbers PMI publishes, so you can plan against them.
Domains II and III are 52 percent of the exam between them, so the cycle gives each of them two sessions. Domain I is 15 percent on paper, but it is examined across all five domains. Treating responsible AI as a separate topic costs points everywhere.

The coaching has no price of its own. Every PM Career OS membership includes it, together with the PgMP track and every other area of the community. Individual coaching will come later as a separate offer, and we will always say so.

AI has not changed that. It has changed what you have to decide about. Data quality, model behaviour after go-live, and who answers when the system produces something nobody can explain.
Writing a chapter in the PMI AI Standards Core Development Team taught me one thing. Reading a method is not what makes it usable. Applying it to something real, in front of someone who pushes back, is.
So I built the part that was missing rather than another course. The official material teaches the method. The coaching is where you use it, and where you hear when your reasoning does not hold.
