PgMP Coaching Program
12 weeks, one live session of 60 minutes each week, every session recorded, and all of it part of your PM Career OS membership.
Next cycle starts on 17 November 2026Every Tuesday, 17:00 to 18:00 German time
None of this is a forecast. Each one happens in programs that look like yours.
The PgMP exam does not ask you to recall definitions. It puts you in a program situation and asks which decision holds up. Recognising the logic of those questions is a different skill from knowing the Standard, and reading builds only the second one.
This coaching teaches no content in depth. The content lives in the official PMI material, above all The Standard for Program Management. The sessions are for applying it, making the decision and reading each question the way the exam means it.
That split is the reason the coaching exists. Live time spent explaining what you could read alone is time lost for the part you cannot practise alone. You get the PMI material directly from PMI, and the coaching builds on it.
You walk into the PgMP exam with a booked date and a simulator score of 75 percent or higher.
The results of the application review and of the exam lie with PMI. What you do on the way there lies with you. We do not promise that you pass. We make sure you know where you stand before you book.
01
One session a week, on a fixed day and time.
02
Live time goes into the exam, not into lectures.
03
Selected work gets feedback, and nobody prepares alone.
The cycle follows the PgMP Examination Content Outline of March 2024. There are no deep dives. The time goes into applying each domain to program decisions, into practice labs with sample questions and into exam preparation.
Domain II alone is 44 percent of the exam. That is why it gets 3 sessions.

You can join at any point. Every session is recorded, so you catch up on what came before and work with the group from the week you join.
Across the cycle you build a Program Blueprint for one of your own programs. Most domain sessions add a part, from the program rationale to the transition and closure plan.
The parts follow the decisions the exam asks about: why it is a program, the charter and roadmap, benefits with named owners, governance with gates and escalation paths, and how the program closes. The Blueprint is a way of working, not homework that gets marked.
You pick the program yourself, ideally one you know from the inside.
PMI evaluates PgMP candidates in two steps. Once you have applied and paid the exam fee, PMI sends your experience summaries anonymously to volunteer reviewers who hold the PgMP themselves. They check whether you have managed several related projects in a coordinated way toward a common organisational goal. You can book the exam only after you pass this review.
In the coaching you plan both steps. In the kickoff you set your exam month and your next step in the application. In the exam lab you bring the status of your application review and plan your booking window.
The coaching does not write or review your application. The experience you describe stays your own, and PMI alone decides the review of your application.
Nothing here is our claim. These are the numbers PMI publishes, so you can plan against them.
Domain II alone is 44 percent of the exam, so the cycle gives it 3 sessions. Some questions sit where two domains meet, for example benefits and governance. The second practice lab trains exactly those questions.

The coaching has no price of its own. Every PM Career OS membership includes it, together with the PMI-CPMAI track and every other area of the community. Individual coaching will come later as a separate offer, and we will always say so.
Not included are the official PMI material, such as The Standard for Program Management, and the exam fee. You get the material from PMI and pay the exam fee to PMI.

See the membershipI have carried program and project responsibility for more than 25 years. The method was rarely the hard part. The hard part was deciding, in front of people who disagreed, with incomplete information.
The PgMP exam asks for exactly that. It does not ask you to define a program. It asks what you do next when benefits, stakeholders and governance pull in different directions.
Writing the program management chapter of a PMI standard taught me one thing. A standard can describe the work well. Whether your own judgement holds only shows when you apply it in front of someone who pushes back.
So this track does not repeat the Standard. You bring one of your own programs, decide in front of others and hear when your reasoning does not hold.
If that is what you are looking for, I would like to work with you.
