How the order is decided

There are no dates on this page and that is deliberate. Every item moves when the thing before it is genuinely finished, not when a quarter ends. A date we cannot keep is worth less than an order we can defend.

Three rules govern the order.

Rituals before features.: If the weekly case and the office hour are not running reliably, nothing new gets started. The rituals are the product.
Blockers before nice-to-haves.: The rotation engine has to be live before the third price level fills, because a promise about your price that the system cannot execute is not a promise. That kind of dependency decides the order more often than preference does.
Evidence before scale.: A feature moves from Later to Next when there is a real reason from real use, not because it sounded good in planning.

What we will not build

A roadmap that only lists additions is a wish list. These are the things we have decided against, and they are as much a part of the plan as the items above.

We will not issue our own certification.: We are not a certification body and setting up as one would put us in competition with the credentials our members are working toward. What we issue is competence proof, which sits next to a credential rather than replacing it.
We will not build exam prep courses.: Where established providers already do this well, we recommend them and mark any link that earns us a commission. Our own content goes where there is an actual gap: practice, application, and the AI layer nobody else covers yet.
We will not build a feed.: No infinite scroll, no engagement bait, no notifications designed to pull you back. Two rituals a week, both of which produce something you can use.
We will not raise the cap quietly.: If 1000 ever becomes a different number, that change gets its own announcement with the reasoning attached.
