Roadmap

Built in the open

This is the working state of PM Career OS. What runs today, what is being built, and what is further out. We update it when something ships, not when something is announced.

Where things stand

Live now

Working today. You can use all of it.

Community spaces on Circle, including Start Here and the knowledge vault.
The PM Certification Decision Matrix, free with an account.
Study rooms for PMP, PgMP, CPMAI and CAPM.
Scenario of the Week.
Methodology exchange, wins and support.
Exam simulators for PMP, PgMP and CPMAI, included in membership.
Founding membership at Level 1.
Referral commission of 33 percent for members.

Being built now. Named because we are committed. Only a fixed start gets a date.

The assessment. 18 questions, five competence dimensions, your career level and dimension profile.
Weekly live coaching inside the membership. The PMI-CPMAI track starts on 11 November 2026, the PgMP track on 17 November 2026. Each track has 12 weekly sessions of 60 minutes.
The CPMAI Practitioner's Roadmap in the CPMAI area of the community.
Your assessment result attached to a free account, so it stops being a one-off.
The generated development roadmap, three to five concrete steps from your level and your dimension profile.
The proof of skill loop, first module, with credential verification and rubric-based review.
The rotation engine, so the price elevator runs automatically and on schedule.
Price levels 2 and 3.
Path modules beyond the first career level.
Eight more exam simulators, each with an open waitlist.

Later

Decided in principle, not started. Order can change.

The AI skills library, starting as curated templates.
The league, with seasons and a contribution element in the rotation ranking.
More live coaching tracks, PMP and CAPM first, as one shared track.
Individual coaching as a separate offer.
Open badges for competence proofs.
A visual competence and path map built from your roadmap.
AI agents inside the community.

How the order is decided

Only one item on this page carries dates, the start of the live coaching tracks, because members plan their week around them. Every other item moves when the thing before it is genuinely finished, not when a quarter ends. A date we cannot keep is worth less than an order we can defend.

Later
A real reason from real use
Next
You can use it without an explanation
Deployed code alone does not count.
Live now

Three rules govern the order.

Rituals before features.: If the weekly case and the live coaching are not running reliably, nothing new gets started. The rituals are the product.
Blockers before nice-to-haves.: The rotation engine has to be live before the third price level fills, because a promise about your price that the system cannot execute is not a promise. That kind of dependency decides the order more often than preference does.
Evidence before scale.: A feature moves from Later to Next when there is a real reason from real use, not because it sounded good in planning.

What we will not build

A roadmap that only lists additions is a wish list. These are the things we have decided against, and they are as much a part of the plan as the items above.

We will not issue our own certification.: We are not a certification body and setting up as one would put us in competition with the credentials our members are working toward. What we issue is competence proof, which sits next to a credential rather than replacing it.
We will not build exam prep courses.: Where established providers already do this well, we recommend them and mark any link that earns us a commission. The live coaching works with the official PMI material and does not replace it. Our own content goes where there is an actual gap: practice, application, and the AI layer nobody else covers yet.
We will not build a feed.: No infinite scroll, no engagement bait, no notifications designed to pull you back. Two rituals a week, both of which produce something you can use.
We will not raise the cap quietly.: If 1000 ever becomes a different number, that change gets its own announcement with the reasoning attached.

Nothing shipped yet under this log. The first entry lands with the soft launch.

See it for yourself

The fastest way to judge whether any of this is worth your time is to come in and read the case that is running this week.
